- The Declaration (Warranty Deed) is the legal document that outlines the rules of living in Muirfield. In particular, it is recommended residents review Article 7 and Article 8.
- The Property Handbook is an easy-to-understand companion to the Warranty Deed.
- Property Policies can be found here.
- The Design Review page has guidelines and applications for nearly every possible exterior home project.
What about Muirfield's legal documents?
- The Warranty Deed is the legal instrument that governs Muirfield's restrictions and design standards.
- The By-Laws are the operational procedures that govern the Board of Directors.
- The Articles of Incorporation define how Muirfield Association was formed.
