Do You Want To Run For Election To The Muirfield Association Board Of Directors?
There are nine members of our Board of Directors who each serve a three-year term and are responsible for setting policies pertaining to the Muirfield Declaration, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation. They approve the annual operating budget and capital expenditures budget. The Board of Directors meets at 4:30 p.m. at the Association office on the third Thursday of every month, except December. *
* Even number months are for Executive Session meetings.
* Odd numbered months are for Executive Sessions & Regular Business meetings.
Three positions are expiring this year and three incumbents, Marilee Chinnici-Zuercher, Diana Evans, and John Reiner, are all running for re-election.
How to Submit an Application
If you are interested in serving, submit an application online or email info@muirfieldassociation.com with the following information:
-Your name, Muirfield street address, lot number (if known), phone, and email address.
-Acknowledgement that there are no outstanding deed violations or delinquent assessments related to your property.
-Acknowledgement that you are a resident of Muirfield Village and have read and agree to the Code of Ethics.
-In 250 words or less, introduce yourself and describe why you want to serve. Explain briefly what direction you see the Association going concerning amenities, capital improvement projects and fiscal perspectives in the coming years.
Once received, your application will be forwarded to the Nominating Committee and the Committee will make recommendations to the Board. Following the March Board Meeting, ballots will be e-mailed or mailed to all residents, with results announced at our April 20, 2022.
The deadline for accepting nominations is Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
