How to submit applications
Submit two copies of the completed application, two of each item the application requests, and payment by mail to Muirfield Association, 8372 Muirfield Drive, Dublin OH, 43017, bring them to the office (Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30, 8372 Muirfield Drive), or email to [email protected].
Photos, site maps, drawings, etc. may be emailed, but physical samples, paint chips, and payment must be brought or mailed to the office. There is an after-hours locked drop box outside the front door. We accept cash, money orders or checks for fee payment, made payable to Muirfield Association. Do not leave cash in the drop box!
