Muirfield Alert: How to Locate Board Biographies and Language to Amend the Code of Regulations
It has come to our attention that the biographies for the Board of Directors and the actual text of the Amendments to the Code of Regulations isn't easy to find on our website for those trying to vote electronically. (For those on paper communications, the printed material will be included in your mailed packet.)
To access all annual meeting materials, including the Language to Amend the Code of Regulations and the Board of Directors biographies, go to the link below. You will be prompted to log in before you can access the page.

Enter your user name and password as requested, then click Submit. You should be taken to the Annual Meeting page, which has links to all annual meeting documents and materials. If not, you should be taken to the
homepage of the Members Area
which also has links to all Annual Meeting documents. If you can't log in, call the office at 614-889-0922.
