Brunch with Santa

Second Seating: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Bring the kids and grandkids and join your Muirfield neighbors at the annual Brunch with Santa at The Country Club at Muirfield Village!
The cost for registration is $16 for adults (ages 12 and up), $13 for children (ages 2 to 11) and $3 for infants (under age 2). All attendees must have a reservation. Cost includes a delicious brunch, crafts, activities, and of course, a visit from Santa! Be certain to bring your camera!
Registration will open Wednesday, November 14, at 12 noon.
Brunch with Santa sells out quickly, so order all reservations ("tickets") you need at one time. Space is limited, but we’ve added a second seating this year in an effort to accommodate all who wish to attend.
The deadline to request a refund or to request a change to your registration is Friday, December 7 at 5:00 p.m. No requests for refunds or changes will be honored after that time.
While registering, please watch very carefully to ensure that you are purchasing reservations ("tickets") for the time slot you desire. We will not be able to move you to the other time slot if it is sold out.
Look for Featured Products on the main page. You may need to scroll down. Click on the time slot you’d like to purchase reservations for. If you can’t see Featured Products, click BRUNCH WITH SANTA RESERVATIONS on the left side and then select your time slot.
In the Please select drop down, choose Adult. If you’d like more than one adult ticket, change the quantity and click Add to Cart. Adults are considered persons age 12 and up.
Click Continue Shopping to purchase more reservations. To purchase a reservation for a child ages 2-11, choose Child from the dropdown, change the quantity if necessary, and click Add to Cart. Repeat this step and choose Infant to purchase reservations for infants (those under age 2). All attendees must purchase a reservation.
When you have added all reservations (tickets) to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout or click the cart icon.
A form will ask for the first and last names of attendees for each reservation type you selected. Please read the title bar to ensure you are entering the right names for the right age group. If you purchased three different types of reservations (such as an adult, child and an infant) three separate forms will come up; one for each type.
If you have special instructions, such as a request for a high chair or a request to be seated with another party, please enter those in any box along with the names. It does not matter which checkout form you include these instructions on - we'll see them. Requests to be seated with another party will be honored if possible, but they cannot be guaranteed.
Once all forms have been filled out, your cart will be displayed. One last time, please check that all reservations are for the SAME time slot and all tickets are for the time slot you want, then click CHECKOUT.
Enter your email and click Checkout as Guest.
Enter the information requested and click Continue to Shipping Options. Tickets are not physically sent, but this screen comes up anyhow, so click Continue to Payment.
Check the box that says “By placing this order I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.” (Clicking the green icon to the right of this will open Terms and Conditions so that you can read them.)
Click Complete Order. You will be taken to PayPal to complete your purchase. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to pay.
You should receive an automated email letting you know your reservation has been received and may receive second email from Paypal.
