The nine members of the Board of Directors serve three-year terms and are responsible for setting policies pertaining to the Muirfield Declaration, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation. They approve the annual operating budget and capital expenditures budget. The Board of Directors meets at 4:30 p.m. at the Association office on the third Wednesday of every other month.
Three positions are expiring this year. All three incumbents, Robert Fathman, Warren Fishman and Mike Russell, have decided to run for re-election.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, fill out the following form. The form will be passed on to the 2017 Nominating Committee.
The Nominating Committee is made up of three Directors who are charged with collecting a list of Muirfield residents interested in serving as members of the Board of Directors. This year’s Nominating Committee members are Michael Grodhaus, Marilee Chinnici-Zuercher, and Paula Linehan.

Selection of nominees is at the discretion of the Nominating Committee. Any resident delinquent in paying their Muirfield assessment or having an outstanding deed violation cannot be considered for a position on the Board of Directors.
