Muirfins Swim Team looking for Assistant Coaches

The Muirfins Swim Team is looking for a few Assistant Coaches for the swim team this summer.  These are paid positions. Assistant coaches will be working with the different age groups of kids at swim practice in the morning and will be helping out at the swim meets which are generally on Wednesday nights.

We are looking for kids/adults who are 16 and older who have swim experience. They could currently be a lifeguard, they might have a WSI, or they might be a high school student who is on the swim team.  It might be someone who is a teacher and has the summer off and would like to work with the kids and has a swim team past.  We are open, we just want to find people who want to come have fun with the kids! This position will probably be about 15 hours a week.

If you are interested, please fill out an application on our website (www.muirfins.com) and send to Amy Weeks at muirfinspresident@gmail.com.

Are you interested in having your child participate this summer? More details will be coming soon, but mark your calendars! Registration is planned to start to on April 1 and will run through April 30.  Late registration (which includes an additional $25 fee) runs from May 1 – May 15. There will be a swim suit try-on event/Muirfins 101 for new families on April 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Eli Pinney Commons. Watch for future emails for more details!

Second Annual Community Garage Sale - Save the Date!

The first event last year saw over 50 homes participate.  This year we are hoping to have even more participants and hope to have sub divisions coordinate to have their events on this date for an even bigger draw of people to Muirfield.

More details and registration information to come, but please save this date and start organizing and planning for June 22nd!
