Meet the Board of Trustees

Jeff Stucke | President
Resident since 2004
My family and I value the consistency of the homes and the private recreational facilities. We appreciate that the community is professionally designed and embraced, rather than eliminated, the mature landscape that nature provided. I am honored to be on the Board of Trustees and to have the opportunity to help Muirfield build on its unique qualitites and ultimately improve the overall living experience within Muirfield.

Robert Fathom
Resident since 1994
Since I was elected to the Board in 2005, it’s been gratifying to work to enhance Muirfield’s community. It’s been my goal to work with my fellow Trustees to constantly update Muirfield—including improvements to the pools, playgrounds, landscaping on Muirfield Drive and pathways. It is an honor and a pleasure to serve on the Board of Trustees for such a unique community.

Warren Fishman
Resident since 1977
My wife, Bea, and I have lived in Muirfield Village for thirty years. We moved here with our two small children in 1977. We raised our family here. It has been a pleasure to be involved in the Dublin community for those thirty years, as a member of Dublin Community Plan Committee, in 1997 and 2007. I’ve especially enjoyed serving on the Muirfield Association Board of Trustees for the past fifteen years. I feel a strong sense of responsibility toward protecting Muirfield’s deed restrictions and design standards. I also believe in keeping Muirfield up to date and attractive. All of these things help support the quality of life that we enjoy in Muirfield, and help protect our property values.

Chris Curry
Resident Since 1994
Having been The Chairman of the Muirfield Ground & Facilities Committee for the past six years has provided me with an in-depth insight into the inner workings of our community. Our committee helped steer improvements in many of our development from the pool upgrades to the entranceways and center island green space enhancements. My goals are to bring that same insight and initiative to our Board of Trustees, so that we may ensure continued growth and development within our wonderful community.

Peggy Pace
Resident since 1993
My husband and I have made Muirfield Village our home since 1993. I have been a member of the Board of Trustees for the past 6 years. Previously, I served as President of Muirfield Civic Association and was on the Grounds and Facility Committee for several years. I am committed to keeping Muirfield Vilalge the outstanding community that it is, by continually improving our amenities. During my tenure as a board member, the trustees made improvements to both playgrounds, developed a chipping and putting green and installed a sprayground at the Holbrook Recreation complex, added a waterslide at teh Glick Road pool facility and enhanced landscaping along Muirfield Drive and several of the neighborhood entries. As a member of this board, I am committed to continue improving and updating our village to make it the most outstanding community in central Ohio.

Diana Evans
Resident since 1978
Our family built and moved into our Muirfield home in 1978. I have been active on the Muirfield Grounds & Facilities Committee as well as on the Board of Trustees. I was President of the Trustees for two years. I am active in the Muirfield Village Garden Club, a 27 year docent at the Columbus Zoo, and a member of the Dublin Community Church. I am proud to be a part of the leading role the Board of Trustees has taken in recent years to enhance the quality of life for all our residents.

Michael Grodhaus
Resident since 1999
My family has called Muirfield Village home for twelve years. We are pleased to have selected this unique planned community to put down roots and raise our children. We are very active in Dublin community sports and church. It’s always a pleasant feeling coming home to our beautiful, safe neighborhood after a day’s work.
One of the trustees’ goals is to share the ‘coming home’ attitude and welcoming spirit with our new and established residents; providing amenities and services that entice and encourage residents to move here and to stay.
I am proud to contribute to the current Board’s efforts in upgrading Muirfield’s facilities and infrastructure and to be a part of the future direction of Muirfield Village.

Scott Streator
Resident Since 2001
I am honored to serve on the Homeowner’s Board and the opportunity to continue to sustain and enhance Muirfield, a true gem in one of the best cities in the U.S. My family and I fell in love with this unique community upon relocating here several years ago. As a Trustee, I truly enjoy the distinct privilege of cherishing our past while working to continually build upon Muirfield’s proud heritage of a highly attractive and desirable community.

John Reiner
Resident since 1979
Muirfield Village has been home for my family and me for twenty-eight years. I am glad that our four children were able to grow up in this family-oriented PUD community that promised restrictions to ensure the quality of life we wanted for them. With the city’s progressive planning, quality schools nearby, and the security of my neighborhood’s restrictions, I feel we’ve enjoyed wonderful opportunities in the Muirfield area. I am proud to be a long-time member of the Muirfield Association Board of Trustees who’ve worked so hard to protect our reputation and continues to find ways to enhance the qualities of life we all enjoy in this community.
